The book provides sound scriptural principles to help improve your marriage, starting with your own character and attitude. It’s in the format of a 40 day challenge and each day it provides you with a basic principle of love and how to apply it to your marriage. Each day you go deeper into the meaning of love and how you can apply it to your marriage. You are face with a challenge on how to put that particular aspect of love into practice. The book definitely helps you work towards marriage as God defines it, which results in a much deeper relationship between you, your spouse, and God. I would also recommend watching the movie Fireproof before reading this book. The movie is excellent and I would highly recommend watching it with your spouse for a date night.
