Alright I have to share. I took the 6 hour trip to Boston to try out Molly’s amazing brew of coffee. It was terrific. Well worth the drive. Thanks Molly – it was great to see you and Bryan again.

this was VERY interesting. i looooooove coffee & i will be sure to try the salt trick the next time i make some coffee. i’ll prolly try it in my one cup maker first & then in my french press for the second cup. i also like the idea of the cold water. i’ll let you know how it goes!

I live with this woman and I can tell you that when she gets a good cup of coffee, she is in heaven. This definitely comes from a lot of research and trail and error.

Molly – Thanks so much for sharing! I can’t wait to try out these new tips. Especially the salt and spices. I wonder if it will make a difference with the salt and a French Press. We’ll find out! My favorite coffee blend from Starbucks is Cafe Verona. There are several blends from a local coffee shop that I love as well – its fun to try out new flavors and ideas.
